Troubleshooting
Almost everyone has had an equipment problem or a problem with operation from time to time. Interconnex can help. While most problems require a service call some problems can be resolved by troubleshooting over the phone. We can assist you in diagnosing your AV problem, determine the optimal solution and correct the situation accordingly. We do not repair components. If needed we can refer you to a trusted repair service.
